Mac/Apple Users - Images not saving - Rename the image - 400 error

The tech person told them to rename the screenshot. There have been similar problems with uploading screenshots on other websites. By renaming them to something other than the original screenshot name, they went through. They think there's something in the programming when the apple computers got updated last. 

The file needs to be renamed and saved as a pdf to get passed the Apple error.
