• If additional adult support is needed for general ed classes determine if this additional adult support is needed while student is on a class field trip, attending a school sponsored activity or participating in sports practice or a game, list on PWN on services page.

List modification, or accommodation, duration, location, frequency, and follows school calendar.

Dates usually match start and end dates of IEP on the first page.
