ADVISER 403 errors

Please read this article if you do not know how to access ADVISER reports and override data

There are two known reasons 403 errors occur on SRS ADVISER reports.  
This error code is essentially a prompt that something about your student's information on your Student Information System (SIS)



1.  Improper enrollment in your district's SIS

- Students that have transferred out should stay enrolled in your district's SIS until the end of the next ADVISER reporting period.  (October 31 and June 30)


2.  The student has two different Unique State ID numbers in SRS and your district's SIS

Verify the student's State ID and make sure it is keyed in corrected on SRS and your SIS


Once corrections are made on the SIS, it may be necessary to click on the [Republish Data] link to clear the error.
