Restoring Deleted Forms or Deleted History

FORM

If a form gets deleted and needs to be restored

• Go to the student forms page
• Change the view under Search Form by selecting the radio button for Show only deleted forms
• Click the Form options dropdown
• Select Restore from the form options
• Page will refresh and bring you back to Show ALL Forms page

HISTORY

If you delete your data and save, there is a History button at the top of the form that you can reset to the time before you deleted. 

The History block will be blank if there is on data and update a new tab with each save.
