Special Education Student Exiting With School Enrollment Record "Transfer Out" Needs Valid Special Education Exit Record

Special Education Student has exited with a School Enrollment record with transfer out records of (201 prior to 2021-2022), 213, 214, 215, 216, 217. A Special Education record will need to be reported for this student with a Reason Exited of 1 "Transferred to another school district" or 16 "Moved out of state" or 11 "Moved, known to be continuing."

Possible corrective actions:

1) Report a Special Education Record with valid exit code

2) Report a valid School Enrollment record for the situation

Override and add correct exit data.
