If your students are in the testing process, they may have various error codes. The error codes are because the students are not technically in special education. This can cause SIS errors for ECSE students and a variety of other errors for school-age.
If the student is not active or you have not had the meeting yet and created the forms, you can add the student to SRS but you will need to choose the Exclude file from ADVISER reporting on the Student Info tab in the Edit student.
Once the forms are finalized, this will need to be unchecked so they post to ADVISER once the student data is complete.
If the record has been created and is not needed, you will need to remove it from the new school year report. You can use the current date to remove the record.
