Unfinalize a Form

Unfinalizing a form is not recommended.  As forms are edited and updated in the system, old forms that are unfinalized may lose data or additional data may be needed in the event that the form has changed since the original document was created.  For this reason, help desk will not unfinalize the forms.  

You will need to reach out to your district manager to see if this is an option.  Some districts do not unfinalize, instead they will add a notes page explaining the changes.  Your district manager will need to advise you on how the district handles this process.
