If you’re unable to log in to the
MyESU registration and reporting system and have tried all troubleshooting steps in this "
troubleshooting" resource, you can request a new password,
here or by emailing your supervisor, who can now reset it for you as well (new feature, fall 2023).
Admin/supervisor steps for resetting a user's password:
- Go to "Manage Users"
- Search for the "Users Name"
- Click on the name link.
- Click the green "edit username" button.
- Click the "change password" button.
- Set new password for user.
An email will be sent to you to update your password.
Canvas LMS
If you’re unable to log in to the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) and have tried all troubleshooting steps in this "troubleshooting" resource, you can request a new password, here. If the images that display do not match the images below, your browser may need to be updated. A restart of your machine will usually force the updates. If that does not work, you may need to reach out to your IT department to look into the machine settings further (if you are on a school device). If using a personal device, you may want to use a school device instead.
