Exiting / Graduating Students

When a student graduates, the SRS record will need to be changed to inactive in the Edit Student screen with an exit date and reason.  The exit reasons begin on pg. 73 of the NDE Data Elements.  This is usually SPED03 Graduated with a regular high school diploma or SPED04 Received a Certificate of Completion.  Once saved, the data will be sent to NDE usually within 24 hours.
