• Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center (YRTC) West Hastings School
• Pine Ridge Job Corps
• Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility
• University of Nebraska High School

1. Holds onto the IEP in SRS
2. Includes the servicing school in IEP meetings and progress notes
3. Reports a SPED11 Transferred to another school district (Moved known to be continuing) SPED Reason Exited into ADVISER Validation
4. Changes the student enrollment exit in ADVISER Validation to a 214 Transfer Out to a Nebraska Special Purpose School (out of district)

The servicing school:

1. Reports a SPED record for this student into ADVISER Validation using the SIS
2. Works with the school of record to implement the students IEP
