As a District Admin or Supervisor, there are two ways to approve new users.
1. From the Dashboard when you login, there should be drop down list of accounts that are waiting for your approval. You can click the Green Thumbs Up icon to approve them or the Red Thumbs Down icon to deny them.
2. For both new users and existing users, go to "Manage Users" and search for the name of your district to see all the accounts linked to Crete that you have access to. You can click to make them "Active" or "Inactive".
