3. Once you are signed in, you should see the default home screen.
4. Across the top of the home screen you should see links to “Home”, “Add Training Event”, “Set District Contact”, “Set School Contact”, and “Sign Out”.
5. To create a record for a training event click on “Add Training Event”.
6. You should now see the “Add Training Event” page also known as the Create Event page.
7. Fill in the form by providing information such as:
The date the training event took place.
The school under the district for which the training event belongs.
The type of training event.
The description will automatically fill in depending on the training type selected.
If you choose the “Other” training type a custom description field will appear.
The location of the training. This could be a building or a room number or any other description of where the training was conducted.
The number of Teachers, Administrators, Counselors, Nurses, and Paras that took part in this training event.
8. After filling in information about the training, click the “Create Record” button to create the record.
9. You should return to the Home screen and be able to view the record that you just created.
10. You can edit the record by clicking on the pencil icon at the right side of each record.
11. You can set your Districts Contact person by clicking on the link at the top of the home screen.
12. You can set your Schools Contact person by clicking on the link at the top of the home screen.
The School Contact page has a drop down for selecting the sub school under each district.
13. You can click submit to update the contact person on both the District and School Contact pages.
Return to set the District and School contacts as needed.
