Accommodations Checklist printed at end of IEP
There may be a CONFIDENTIAL Teacher Report for Students Receiving Special Education Services Modifications/Accommodations Currently Addressed on the IEP with dates in your printed IEP. This is the Accommodations checklist.
To print it must be turned on in the district settings. If any data has been added to this checklist, this form will print.
To remove it, all of that data must be removed from the checklist. The steps below show where in the district settings to turn it off and below that is where to remove the list.

Currently, the only way to remove it is to check the box to show the checklist. Then go into each area that is marked and delete that item from the field. Then it will not print.
