Multiple Tabs Open at the Same Time - Saving Issue

An issue has been identified with having multiple browser tabs open at the same time. It’s possible to finalize a form and then save over the top of it from the other tab. While testing, we found that the same form could be in edit mode in both browser tabs. The form in the first tab was then saved, done, and finalized. Then in the second browser tab, it was possible to save the form which saved the draft information over the finalized data.

Then when the form log is checked, the log shows that it was saved, finalized, and then saved again. If you check the "Print", it shows the data from the last save that overwrote the finalized data.  However, if you choose the form options in the student list and select "Print from Archive", it shows the correct data from that was finalized. The problem is that the form itself and the print are now showing previous draft data and not the finalized data.

To get the data back in that form for when you view, you will need have two windows open, unfinalize, copy and paste the data, then save and finalize again.  Be sure to close the draft window first then finalize the document with data.
