The 3-4-5 ages can be tricky.
Because of this, this 3-4-5 age range does not automatically get rolled up in July. The students must be moved manually by the district.
If they start the school year as early childhood and then have a new form done in May moving them to regular education, they will need to stay in EC for the remainder of the current ADVISER year. These setting codes will need to remain EC and may need an override in SRS ADVISER to fix errors. After the grades roll over in July, then they can be moved to the regular education setting code.
On rare occasions, a 6 year old can still be in early childhood. Those also need special adjustments.
